Pillar one: Health
Your assistant can help you stay organized and feel more prepared. It cannot examine you, and it is not a doctor.
What it does well
- Reminders for medicines, refills, and appointments.
- Plain-language explanations of medical words, letters from insurance, and instructions you were given.
- Question lists to take to your doctor so you do not forget anything.
- Simple logs of symptoms, blood pressure readings, or sleep, which you can show your doctor.
- Gentle encouragement for healthy habits, such as a short walk or drinking water.
What it should never do
- Change your medicine or dose. Only your doctor or pharmacist should do that.
- Replace a visit to your doctor.
- Handle an emergency. If you think it is an emergency, call 911 first.
